Sefa Gohoho, the owner of the Untamed Empire event centre in Ghana is one of the esteemed personalities to speak at the 4th Showbiz Roundtable organised by Joy FM.

Sefa has made a significant impact in her field in Ghana and beyond.

She will be joining other seasoned stakeholders such as Uncle Ebow Whyte, Playwright and Event Organiser; and Solomon Lartey, President of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana.

Others are Richard Osei, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Asuavo Security Company Limited and Kojo Poku, an event organiser at Big Ideaz Consult.

The 4th edition of Showbiz Roundtable, dubbed ‘EVENT, VENUES AND SAFETY’ aims at assessing the operations of event centres, challenges faced by event vendors, the safety consciousness of event patrons and the general precaution checklist of organizing events in general ahead of the Yuletide.

The Joy FM thought-leader forum on arts, tourism and culture is slated for the 18th November, 2023, at the Labadi beach Hotel.

Sefa's is expected to share her experience in the events space vis a vis the success stories and challenges faced by event vendors.

One of her most notable accomplishments was her involvement in the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Regional Leadership Center, a leadership training institute launched by Former President Obama to invest in the next generation of African leaders.

Sefa played a crucial role in the institution's inception by winning the $24 million grant and went on to serve as Corporate Affairs and Institutional Advancement Manager.

Sefa's entrepreneurial spirit is evident in her wide range of endeavors, from Canoe Magazine, to Eden and Eve Farms and Untamed Empire.

Furthermore, Sefa is a strong advocate for investing in Ghana's creative industry. As mentioned, she owns the UNTAMED EMPIRE Creative Business Incubator in Accra, the host of Detty Rave and the recently past EDM festival.

Untamed Empire is a high-energy, shared multi-tenant, community-focused creative hub that identifies, selects, trains, and markets young creatives' work to transcend socioeconomic status.

The project has impacted over 450 young creatives, including 70% females, since its inception in 2016. Renting of the venue for events is its main sustainability model.
