The Appointments Committee of Parliament vets Justice Avril Lovelace Johnson who is among three female Appeals Court justices promoted to the Supreme Court by President Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
Justice Avril Lovelace-Johnson along with Justice Mariama Owusu and Justice Gertrude Tokornoo will replace Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo, Justice Vida Akoto Bamfo and Justice Sophia Adinyira who are due for retirement by close of the year.
