A somber moment unfolded at the launch of the Responsible Cooperative Mining and Skills Development Programme (rCOMSDEP) in Obuasi when Lands Minister Armah Kofi Buah was informed of the tragic helicopter crash that claimed the lives of several government officials and military personnel.
Videos captured during the event show Ashanti Regional Minister Frank Amoakohene leaning in to break the news to Mr. Buah while they were seated at the high table.
The Lands Minister, upon hearing the information, was visibly shaken and momentarily overcome with emotion.
