Deputy captain of the Black Starlets, Ernest Ofori, believes the team is ready for their next challenge after disappointment in their opening game.
The Black Starlets opened their campaign in the WAFU B U-17 Cup of Nations with a 1-1 draw against Togo three days ago.
However, on Tuesday, September 23, they come up against host team Cote d'Ivoire, looking to pick up their first win of the tournament.
Ofori, who started the game against Togo, is confident of a good game against the Ivorians.
"We’re fully prepared for Ivory Coast," he said during Monday's press conference.
"We know what is at stake, and we’ve worked hard in training to put ourselves in a good position to win. All we will need to do is to be tactically disciplined, and the job against Ivory Coast will be easier."
Cote d'Ivoire currently sit top of Group A after their 2-0 win over Niger in the opening game of the tournament.
A win for Ghana could take them above the Ivorians ahead of their final Group A game on Friday, September 26.
The game against Cote d'Ivoire is scheduled for an 18:00 GMT kickoff at the Charles Konan Banny Stadium.
