The Chief Executive Officer of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP), Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, has expressed strong confidence in the New Patriotic Party's (NPP) prospects in the upcoming general elections.
In a post shared on Saturday, October 26, Ofosu Nkansah emphasized that the NPP is determined to secure victory, not only to lead the nation but also to counter the skepticism coming from some members within the party.
His message was directed at certain NPP Members of Parliament and parliamentary candidates who are expressing doubts about the party's chances in the elections.
While some NPP members have voiced concerns about the challenges the party faces, he believes these concerns are rooted in unwarranted pessimism.
According to him, such doubts risk undermining the collective effort and morale of the party’s supporters and campaign teams.
Mr Ofosu Nkansah called on all party members to rally behind the cause with a united front, stressing that the NPP has a strong record and vision to offer Ghanaians.
The NEIP CEO also highlighted the achievements of the NPP-led government, citing initiatives that, in his view, have positively impacted Ghana’s economic landscape.
He pointed to the NEIP’s success in fostering innovation and supporting entrepreneurs as an example of the party’s dedication to job creation and economic empowerment.
Mr Ofosu Nkansah argued that these accomplishments are crucial to winning public trust and will ultimately convince voters of the NPP's capability to lead.
"You are MP/PC and you are telling people we will not win the election. No wonder you are not showing any seriousness in campaigning, You do this and blame others for your issues."
"By the way, we are winning this election to shame people like you. Meanwhile, when we win such People will go lobbying for positions," he posted.
