On Monday, a 34-year-old man died and several others were injured after renewed chieftaincy clashes at Kato, a village near Brekum in the Brong Ahafo Region. One person was arrested following the clash.

A Supreme Court judge Justice Jones Dotse on Thursday said the Court was clear in ordering the removal of names of NHIS card holders from the voters' register.

On Friday, residents of Nana Fodoo Krofrom, a suburb of Kumasi in the Ashanti Region protested the brutalisation of a 22-year-old man by the police leading to his death.
