The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zoomlion, Mr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong, has made a donation of assorted drinks, mineral water and cash to the various supporters groups of Black Stars here Luanda, Angola.The surprise presentation was made by senior executives of Zoomlion ahead of the Black Stars' semi final clash with Nigeria.Mr. Agyepong made the stopover on his way to the airport to connect a flight to Accra.This was after an official two-day tour of various Zoomlion sites in Luanda. In confident mood he promised to return for the finals on Sunday.The General Manager of Zoomlion Mrs Florence Larbi hoped the drinks and water would give the supporters extra energy to cheer the Black Stars onto victory.She also promised that her company would take care of all transportation needs for the supporters who have so far combined treking to the teams training sessions as well as making the two hour journey to the national stadium on match days.Mrs Larbi was accompanied by George Aguadze who is the Zoomlion Operations Team Manager in Angola.Oficials of the Ghana Embassy here in Luanda were also present including the the Head of Chancery Nana Kraah Assibey Yeboah and Consular John Eshun.Zoomlion has grown to become one of Africa's leading waste management companies and won a contract bid to clean and sanitize the 11th November Stadium in Luanda, one of the venues for the ongoing Nations Cup tournament.The company subsequently flew personnel and equipment to the host country to begin work. Zoomlionºs impeccable track record and efficiency during CAN 2008 in Ghana was key to their succesful bid for the Luanda contract.The company is in the process of bidding for a wider and long term project in the provinces of Angola.Source: Myjoyonline.com/Ghana
