Three people are reported dead after days of heavy down pour in Atiwa in the Eastern Region.
There are also fears of an outbreak of diseases in the area.
Reports say four more districts have been affected by the floods.
All 109 farmers who were marooned by flood in part of the Atiwa District were successfully evacuated, Thursday morning.
They were rescued by local people who used rafts to ferry them.
But officials say it is still difficult to access some communities and food shortage is imminent.
Atiwa District Chief Executive, Emmanuel Atta Twum told Joy News they are still waiting for relief items.
But the Regional NADMO Coordinator, Ransford Owusu Boateng said the relief items have been dispatched and will get to Atiwa by Friday.
He cited Abodom and Anyinam as some of the worst affected areas.
