The Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (CIIG) has successfully hosted the 5th edition of the CIIG Insurance Excellence Awards at the prestigious Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City, Accra.
The glamorous event brought together leading players in Ghana’s insurance industry, distinguished professionals, and key stakeholders to celebrate outstanding achievements, innovation, and dedication to service.
This year’s edition placed strong emphasis on professionalism, integrity, and excellence, reinforcing the role of the insurance industry in driving public trust and sustainable growth. The awards highlighted individuals and institutions that have made remarkable contributions to the sector, raising benchmarks for service delivery, customer care, and industry innovation.
In his keynote address, the President of CIIG, Solomon Lartey, cautioned against the rising trend of questionable award schemes within the insurance space, urging regulators and stakeholders to protect the integrity of the profession.
He stressed that a CIIG nomination in itself is a true mark of honor, representing confidence in one’s values, standards, and service to customers and society.
