The Supreme Court has thrown out a case brought before it by two members of the NDC challenging the purchase of a state bungalow by New Patriotic Party chairman Jake Obetsebi Lamptey.
Former deputy Information Minister Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa and Minister designate for Communications Edward Omane Boamah had petitioned the Supreme Court to take back a state bungalow Obestebi Lamptey bought in 2007.
They claim the purchase of the bungalow was an abuse of the powers of public officer.
