The Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of African Origin Group,Samson Deen has congratulated Kumasi Asante Kotoko for their successful Ghana Premier League title defence.
The Porcupine Warriors clinched their second successive top flight crown following a 1-0 win at Amidaus Professionals on Sunday.
Kotoko’s league success was aided by Berekum Chelsea’s defeat at Heart of Lions on the final league day of Premier League action.
Both teams were tied on 53 points and could have headed to a title-deciding playoff had results for the respective teams been the same.
But Kotoko did their bit with their 1-0 win while Chelsea stuttered to a 2-1 defeat at relegation-threatened Heart of Lions.
The Kotoko camp has since received immense commendation from all quarters for their successful title defence and their media and official Travel partners will not be left out.
“This is great news! Well done to the entire at Asante Kotoko family. Am sure everyone is pleased.
“We are looking forward to developing our partnership over the coming months and years,” Samson Deen said.
Meanwhile the official travel partner will be transporting fans to the United Kingdom to watch a 4 club tournament involving Bidvest of South Africa, Newcastle United, Middlesborough and Sunderland from August 1-10 2013.
