Multimedia Group's CEO Kwasi Twum, said, "this is an exciting time for our business as we consolidate our local operations and build on our expansion into the wider West African market." The Chief Finance Officer of Multimedia Group, Ken Ansah, indicated in an interview that the deal strengthens its balance sheet and provides the muscle to drive the business' growth agenda.
