Working out is great, it improves your health but there is no greater feeling than working out with family. To this, The Multimedia Group embarked on its annual fitness walk.
The event, dubbed, The Multimedia Group Annual Health and Fun Walk, took place in Accra, Saturday morning, with staff and their family members participating in the major fitness event of the company.
It offered them the opportunity to stretch out, exercise and also bond with colleagues outside the office space.
The exercise which started at 6:30 am saw hundreds of participants covering 14-kilometre walk from the Accra Technical Training Center (ATTC) through Kokomlmle, Kwame Nkrumah Interchange, Adabraka, TUC and back to the starting point.
It ended with an exciting aerobics session which included dance lessons.
The 3rd edition of the walk saw staff members from different departments including radio (Adom FM, Joy FM, Asempa FM and Hitz FM), TV (Joy Prime, Joy News and Adom TV), sales, social media and human resource.
Top presenters like Lexis Bill, Nathaniel Attoh, Naa Ashorkor, Akumaa Mama Zimbi, Nana Yaa Brefo, Afia Amankwaa Tamakloe, Prince Tsegah and Gary Al Smith were all present.
Also participating in the exercise was the group CEO, Kwasi Twum, Managing Director, Santokh Singh Ram Singh, Chief Operating Officer, Ken Ansah and Chief Business Development Officer, Charles van Dyck.
