A new beauty and glamour company, with unique business innovation and focused customer orientation, has been launched in Accra.
The firm, 7 Look and Glam, is the latest entrant in the bridal and beauty industry to roll out with the promise of exceptional and affordable services to its valued clients across the country.
The company offers services such as customised gifts and souvenir, branding, bridal bouquet, floral designs, decor and event management.
Priding itself as customer care and innovation company, 7 Look and Glam is well-positioned to add to the true meaning of customer satisfaction and service rendition.
The company helps clients to pull surprises on special occasions on their loved ones in the form of gifts packaging and branding.
Speaking during the launch of the company, a private legal practitioner and resident Pastor of the Victory Bible Church’s Odorkor branch, Pastor Frederick Asamoah, cautioned management of the company to avoid repeating the services which are already offered by competitors – which is often the case among businesses in Ghana.
He said to succeed in the industry, the company should focus on creativity and innovation to enable them to package their services in a unique way for the global market.
Pastor Asamoah noted that starting a business is a calling to service and advised the company not compromise on quality service to its clients.
“If you are not customer friendly no matter what you make, nobody will come and buy,” said Pastor Asamoah.
He charged them to work hard to enable them to open more branches in the next five years and create more jobs.
CEO of the company, Mrs Ivy Owusu Agyemang, said the birth of the company was inspired by the passion she has for the industry.
She said creativity and innovation fall under the company’s key objectives and promised to pursue them to meet the changing needs of the modern customer.
Madam Ivy Owusu Agyemang noted that customer care is the hallmark of the company and therefore invited clients to come and experience it.
