Ahli claimed a record-eighth Champions League title with a 2-0 home victory over South Africa's Orlando Pirates in the final return leg at Arab Contractors Stadium.
After scoring in the 1-1 first-leg draw in Johannesburg last week, Egypt star Mohamed Abou-Treika did it once again before Ahmed Abdul-Zaher hit another second-half goal.
Ahli had right-back Sherif Abdul-Fadil, who retained his position following the first leg, sent off for a second booking as the Reds completed the game with 10 men eight minutes from the end.
At a full-packed Arab Contractors Stadium, the reigning African champions were cheered by their fans who celebrate their second title running.
The victory will see Ahli feature in the FIFA Club World Cup in Morocco next month.
