The Peduase Lodge to Ayi Mensah road has reopened after a landslide incident on Friday.
Debri blocked traffic from moving smoothly on the Aburi to Accra road yesterday.
The National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) has said that his outfit worked around the clock to ensure the road opened by Saturday morning.
NADMO added in a statement that technocrats have been to the scene of the incident to ascertain the cause of the mudslide, after which they can determine the best way to prevent a recurrence.
In 2016, a steel mesh was placed over the slope to prevent mudslides but the preventative measure failed this time around.
