12:46 pm – Aiyinase-based club Karela United sacked Dr. Prosper Nartey yesterday, 46 days in charge as the head coach. Sources close to the club have revealed that Nartey signed no contract and had no support from the directors of the club. According to reports, he was appointed verbally and not on paperwork. This led to a huge disagreement between him and Lawrence Cudjoe, who is now the owner, which influenced the club to show the former University of Cape Coast lecturer the exit door.
2:00pm – Maxwell Konadu has been unveiled as the new Asante Kotoko coach at the club's Adako Jachie training centre.
3:45pm – Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Felix Annan and left-back Evans Owusu have stepped up their recovery by starting light training at Adako Jachie according to the club's Twitter handle.
