Black Stars defender, Jonathan Mensah is confident they can cause a huge upset at this summer's World Cup in Brazil.
Ghana head into their third appearance at the Mundial, looking to become the first African Nation to reach the last four.
The four time African Champions made it past the 1/16th stage in their last appearance in the finals.
But Mensah who plays for French Ligue 1 side, Evian, is undeterred by that record, rather he is upbeat they can make waves in Brazil.
He noted that the present team under Coach Kwesi Appiah is players with skill and power, even as he believes that with hard work and cohesion on the part of the players, the team will surprise many at the World Cup.
"We have the players with skills, we have players with power and all qualities required to compete in Brazil."
"I think what's left for us is just to concentrate on what we really have, then if we stick together, what we can really achieve will surprise people." he stated.
