Motorola introduces Moto G onto the Ghanaian market

The quest by various mobile handset makers to make  their phones the preferred handset for users in Ghana appears to getting keener and keener every day.  

Mobile handset maker, Motorala, has introduced the Moto G, which delivers a premium smartphone experience for a third of the price of current high-end phones.

The features include: A brilliant 4.5-inch HD display - the sharpest in its class - that goes edge-to-edge so you can enjoy movies, photos, video chats and more. 

 The newest Qualcomm Snapdrago 400 processor featuring a quad-core CPU for seamless multitasking and enjoying the web, videos and games, with all-day battery life.  

It comes with Android 4.4 KitKat, the latest Android OS which does not clutter or slow the experience of the device. Moto G provides great performance with Google’s unbeatable mobile services such as Gmail, YouTube, Google Maps, Chrome and Hangouts.

The device has stylish design with a comfortable curved back. It's dual SIM support gives you the option to use networks of your choice .

Launching the product, Javier Villamizar, President – Global Distribution, Brightstar, said the they are confident that Moto G will appeal to the region’s consumers who demand high-performance, quality and value-for-money handsets.

"We think there should be a better option. Everybody deserves to be on the mobile Internet, and price shouldn’t stand in the way of anyone having a truly good smartphone to get them here in Ghana," he added.
