With two slots already taken, four Division One teams will begin the competition for the last Premier League place this weekend.
Berekum Arsenals, B.A. United, Real Tamale United, who are all former premiership sides will be joined by Wa African United in the promotion contest to the top-flight league after qualifying from their divisions in Zone I.
The Robert Mensah Stadium in Cape Coast and the Essipon Stadium in Sekondi will host their play-offs.
The winner of the three-game series will secure the third qualifying slot to play in next season's premiership after Great Olympics and Feyenoord booked their places.
The action begins at the Robert Mensah Stadium on Saturday with Berekum Arsenals meeting B.A. United while RTU take on Wa African United in the other fixture in Sekondi.
