Ghanaian internationals Gideon Baah and Anthony Annan played the full game for HJK in their 2-1 victory against Torino at home.
Gideon Baah opened the scoring for HJK after the first half interval before his club mate Valtteri Moren doubled the lead for the home side.
Fabio Quagliarella pulled one back for Torino but was not enough as HJK secured all three points.
Anthony Annan was booked in the game.
Wakaso Mubarak travelled with his Celtic squad for their away game against Astra Giurgiu and went on to play 80 minutes for his Scottish side.
The game ended with each side scoring a goal apiece. Stefan Johansen and William Amorim were the goal scorers for Celtic and Astra Giurgui.
Wakaso Mubarak was replaced by Adam Mattews.
Christian Atsu made a substitute appearance for his English Premier League side Everon in their Europa League game at home against Lille.
Everton won the game by three goals to nil claiming all points in Group H. Leon Osman scored the opener before Phil Jagielka made it 2-0 for the first half. Steven Naismith scored the third in the second half to give Everton a 3-0 win.
Samuel Afum played for Young Boys on Thursday night as they played against Napoli away from home.
The Ghanaian replaced Guillaume Hoarau in the 68 minute as home side Napoli won by 3-0.
Jonathan De Guzman scored a hat-trick to secure all three points for Napoli.
Abdul Majeed Waris scored the equalizer for his Trabzonspor side in their away trip to Lokeren in the UEFA Europa League.
The Ghanaian was given a start in the game and went on to play in the entire duration of the match.
Ayanda Patosi scored the opener for Lokeren before Majeed Waris leveled for Trabzonspor in the 1-1 draw with all the goals coming in the first half.
