Members of the Ghana Football Association led by President Kwesi Nyantakyi have arrived in Equatorial Guinea ahead of Wednesday’s 2015 Africa Cup of Nations finals draw.
The contingent includes the Communications Director of the GFA, Ibrahim Saanie Daara, former Black Stars Management Committee member, Felix Ansong, Protocol officer, Alex Asante and Deputy Black Stars Coach, Maxwell Konadu.
The team will also inspect facilities by the four host cities ahead of next month’s finals which will be played from 17 January to 08 February.
Protocol officer Alex Asante also travelled with the team to look at hotels and other facilities which will enable the Black Stars have a comfortable stay.
The contingent will also represent the nation during the draw.
Ghana is in Pot 1 alongside Zambia, Cote D'Ivoire, and hosts Equatorial Guinea.
Pot 2 includes Burkina Faso, Mali, Algeria and Tunisia.
Cape Verde, South Africa, Gabon and DR Congo are in Pot 3.
Pot 4 has Cameroon, Senegal, Guinea and Congo.
