Manchester United and Chelsea will play in next season's UEFA Champions League after winning their respective games on the final day of the Premier League season.
United beat fellow top-four challengers Leicester City at the King Power Stadium to secure their place in Europe's flagship club competition as they finished third.
Chelsea also won by two goals to nil against Wolverhampton Wanderers at the Stamford Bridge to finish fourth.
The two teams join champions Liverpool and Manchester City as England's reps for 2020-21 Champions League season.
For the relegation battle, Aston Villa survived after a hard-fought draw at West Ham United. This means Watford (beaten 3-2 by Arsenal) and Bournemouth (won 3-1 at Everton) have been relegated alongside Norwich.
