The Ghana Health Service (GHS) says some 122 new Covid-19 cases have been recorded, bringing the national tally to 41, 847.
Out of this number, GHS says 223 have died whiles 39,718 people have recovered/discharged.
In its latest update on Thursday, August 13, 2020, GHS also confirmed a significant drop in the number of active cases; leaving it at 1,906.
Out of the number of active cases in Ghana, six are in critical condition, four on ventilators, and 17 in severe condition.
