A staunch supporter of Accra Hearts of Oak has died after he was knocked down by a Sprinter bus in Kumasi on Wednesday.
Shamo Quaye was rushed to the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital for treatment but was pronounced dead on arrival.
The vehicle with registration number AS 9346 - 11 is reported to run away after hitting the football fan.
Supporters of the club have taken to Twitter to celebrate the Hearts of Oak ardent fan.
