Every sector and industry in the country has felt the pinch of the Covid-19 pandemic and the entertainment industry is no exception.
Gospel musician Gospel, Cwesi Oteng who is now a pastor says he was forced to close down his young vibrant church as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
In an interview with JoyNews on the sidelines of the launch of Millennium Promise Alliance one million PPE’s for frontline health workers campaign, Mr Oteng said the move made him lose some members of his congregation.
Explaining why he decided to become a pastor, he said he knew right from his youth that God had called him to do ministry.
“It came unexpected and hit on all sectors, everybody has felt it including pastors, the churches,” he said.
The musician is optimistic that now that restrictions has been lifted, his church will kick start again.
