The Supreme Court on Thursday morning heard the election petition case filed by the NDC’s 2020 presidential candidate, John Dramani Mahama.
The court also dealt with a request by the former President’s lawyers to file additional documents to their case seeking to review the court’s interrogatories ruling.
The court was initially expected to move onto the substantive case on Tuesday, but Mr Mahama had not filed his witness statements though they were due on January 21.
