The Supreme Court today resumed hearing the election petition filed by the 2020 NDC flagbearer, John Mahama.
At its last sitting, the apex court heard oral arguments on an application filed by counsel for the petitioner, Tony Lithur.
This request to inspect some documents of the first respondent, Electoral Commission (EC) was, however, dismissed by the court.
Already, lawyers for the Commission and the 2nd Respondent, President Akufo-Addo have cross-examined two witnesses for the petitioner.
The court was today expected to hear the testimony of a third witness, Rojo Mettle-Nunoo who was in the national collation centre aka 'strong room' during the December 7, polls.
