The legal counsel of the Electoral Commission has rescinded its decision to let the Chairperson, Jean Mensa testify in the ongoing election petition.
Following this decision, the legal representatives of John Mahama have accused Electoral Commission Chairperson, Jean Mensa of evading cross-examination.
So tonight's edition of the PM Express, JoyNews' Evans Mensah will host representatives of the petitioner and the 2nd respondent as well a legal practitioner to discuss, if the EC is obliged to testify or not.
Guest on the show includes a member of John Mahama’s legal team and MP for Bolga East, Dr Dominic Akuritinga Ayine, Private legal practitioner, Martin Kpebu and spokesperson for Akufo-Addo’s legal team and Information Minister designate, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah.
