For the third consecutive time, the host of ‘Showbiz Now’ on Joy Prime, Kpekpo Maxwell Justice, known in showbiz as KMJ, will be moderating the biggest gathering of Youth and mentors in Ghana, the International Youth Empowerment Summit (iYES) 2021.
This year’s iYES collaborates with the SRC of UPSA and is scheduled for August 12 and 13, 2021, at the UPSA Auditorium, Madina- Accra, with morning and evening sessions starting at 8:30 am and 5 pm daily, and attendance is FREE.
The programme, over the years, has served as a platform for inspiring the youth and encouraging them to hit greater heights.
@KMJonAIR is one of Ghana’s finest radio/TV personalities, event MC, actor, voice-over-artist, entrepreneur, and brand influencer born with a highly earned apotheosis for being greatly riveting, voguish, result-oriented, and insightful traits that define a talented personality with many hats.
KMJ, who has vast experience in hosting programmes, has promised to bring to bear his youthfulness and professionalism to this year’s event.
The International Youth Empowerment Summit seeks to empower and equip the youth on a cross-section of relevant topics from seasoned ministers of God, entrepreneurs, and professionals who have influenced and impacted lives over the years.
The event is expected to converge youth across the globe under one venue and under the leadership of host Pastor Brian Amoateng, President of Brian Jones Outreach Ministries, headquartered in London.
Speakers and facilitators who have been carefully selected for the summit are as follows; Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Okudzato Ablakwa, Jacqueline Benyi, Patricia Obo-Nai, Bola Ray, Nana Kwame Bediako Cheddar, Nana Ama Mcbrown, Samson Amoateng, Frank Ofosu-Appiah, Dr Lawrence Tetteh, Daniel Amoateng, Diana Hamilton and Vice President, Dr Bawumia as the special guest of honour.
Other celebrities who will be there to speak to the youth include; actor Lil Win, Jackie Appiah, Nikki Samonas and a host of others.
iYES is planned to accelerate and position youths to take action in their immediate environments as they are impacted to be agents of positive change.
KMJ has interviewed many high profile personalities from all walks of life on both radio and television, notably; ex-Presidents John A. Kufuor and John Dramani Mahama; Vice President Vice Dr Mahamadu Bawumia, the former British High Commissioner to Ghana, Ian Walker and wife Claire Walker.
Others are Grammy award winner Gramps Morgan, Grammy Award Nominee Rocky Dawuni, Akon, Sarkodie, Samini, Aramide, Shatta Wale, Radio mogul Kwame Sefa Kayi, Boxing legend Azumah Nelson and a host of others.
