A Real estate company, World Access Affordable Limited, has constructed roads and storm drains in East Legon Nmai Dzorn and Ashalebotwe both in Accra as part of its commitment and responsibility to their communities.
The two projects, which include roads and storm drain constructions are on aimed at easing the flow of water and create access for pedestrians and motorists in and around the two communities.
The 450ft by 25ft road and gutter construction at Nmai Dzorn was completed as a cost of GH₵210,000 while the 300ft by 10ft storm drain at Ashalebotwe is expected to be completed in October at the cost of GH₵325,000.

Speaking on the intervention, the Chief Executive of World Access Affordable Limited, Michael Olanrewaju Adeboye said the projects are part of the company’s commitment to ensuring the wellbeing and comfort of pedestrians and motorists in the beneficiary communities.
According to him “While it is fair to bring to the fore the things that are wrong in our communities, we should all contribute in our own way to make things better. It is for this reason that we at World Access Affordable have decided to do something about the road and drainage situation in the two communities. By this act, we hope that others will be inspired to do their bit in developing this country”.
Poor road networks and drainage systems have been the bane of many towns and cities across the capital city, causing perennial floods that have resulted in the loss of lives and properties.

The intervention of World Access Affordable Limited will contribute immensely to easing the plight of commuters in Nmai Dzorn and Ashalabotwe, especially in the rainy season.
World Access Affordable Limited was founded in the year 2014 with the aim of developing ultra-modern residential, commercial and mixed-use development in Ghana.
The driving force of the company is customer satisfaction and the development of properties at an affordable price.
