The Ghana High Commission in Malta commemorated the 65th Independence Day Celebrations with a thanksgiving service.
The event was held in conjunction with the International Women’s Day celebrations at the St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Sliema.
The theme for this year’s celebration was “Working Together; Bouncing Back Better”.
In attendance was the President of Republic of Malta, Dr. Goerge Vella, and a few members of the diplomatic corps.

As part of the celebrations, the High Commissioner, Barbara Akoukor Benisa presented some made in Ghana products to primary school students born in the month of March, at the St. Joseph School in Hamrun, on Tuesday, March 8, 2022.
