A child-oriented entrepreneurial organisation, Destination Africa, will on Saturday, March 26, host children and families at the ‘Abusua Fun Day’ celebration.
The event to be held at the Efua Sutherland Children's Park in Accra offers free entry to the public.
In collaboration with Mmofra Foundation will acknowledge modern African legends as well as the impact and importance of green spaces in the environment.
The event will feature Destination Africa's talented childrens' showcase and KIDPreneurial fair.

Founder of Destination Africa, Abena Richardson said, "It will be a show, not to be missed. Starting from 10 am to 5 pm, the event will host the likes of Okyeame Kwame, Esther Cobbah, Nana Ama McBrown, KSM and Van Vicker. The children have been preparing and are looking forward to wowing the audience".
Along with the family-friendly theme, there will be a "Kidpreneur market" where the budding entrepreneurs of tomorrow will be selling their products and services.
As typical of any fun event, the amusement will be blended with amazing food, drink, stalls, popcorn, celebrities and dignitaries, bouncy castles, horse riding to mention a few.
“It will be a fun day in the park as we bring to life the Efua Sutherland Children's park and look to raise funds and draw attention for the park's upkeep and maintenance,” Abena Richardson indicated.

Destination Africa is a programme that is dedicated to empowering children of the African continent and diaspora to elevate Africa to the next level in all industries.
The organisation designs workshops to shape the African child with the right mindset, ability, and knowledge to succeed on all levels and compete globally in their chosen fields.
The organisation believes that each person has a unique gift, whether creative or academic so each child is as important as the other.
