Renowned cake company, Cake Elements has been crowned the Best Dessert and Sweet Connoisseur of the Year at the just ended 2022 Ghana Events Industry Conference and Awards (GEIC) held at the De Icon Events Centre in Accra.
The precious award is an acknowledgement of the company's dedication and commitment in building the Events Industry as well as being a highly recognized company advocating for best business practices in the sector.
Interacting with the media after the event, the Chief Executive Officer, Francisco Apenu was extremely grateful to his clients and vendors all across the country and beyond for the massive support.

He also mentioned his ever committed staff who work tirelessly to make sure they deliver precise planning, flawless coordination, timeless design and trusted delivery.
"I want to appreciate the unconditional support from Mr. Yaw Kusi Appiah, my darling wife Mrs. Dr. Makafui Apenu and my son Francisco Elike Apenu-Cofie Junior. I want to also take the opportunity to thank the good work done by the visionaries of the Event Vendors Association of Ghana (EVAG) and the GEIC Board because it's not easy putting up such a credible events", he said
The fourth edition of the GEIC was on the theme; "Empowerment and Sustainability".
It started with an Aviation Night coupled with two days seminar held at the Underbridge Event Center with seasoned speakers.
The event aims at educating and informing industry players as well as rewarding them for their efforts in making the industry an attractive and lucrative one.
Cake Elements has been in existence for 7 years and has made cakes for hundreds of events.
Some notable ones include the 10 years anniversary cake for Movenpick Ambassador Hotel, birthday cake for actor Majid Michael, Nana Osae Nyampong VI's 70th birthday cake, and the wedding cake for Ambassador General Peter Blay’s daughter, among others.
Last year, Cake Elements won the Best Cake Designer of the Year Award at the GEIC 2021.
