The Ad-hoc Committee sitting to probe the veracity or otherwise of the allegations made by the Minority in Parliament per their motion of censure, against the Finance Minister, is underway.
This is the second sitting this week.
For their first sitting, the legal representative of Ken Ofori-Atta, Gabby Otchere-Darko said the motion lacks the grounds to remove his client from office.
Co-chair of the Committee, K.T. Hammond said members will be fair, by among other things, demanding evidence from the persons who moved the motion.
