The 2022/23 Malta Guinness Women's Premier League resumed over the weekend following more than a month's break due to the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Army Ladies also earned a narrow win over Soccer Intellectual while Police Ladies and Essiam Socrates played out a 1-1 stalemate.
New signing Jafar Rahama provided an assist as Berry Ladies went past Thunder Queens in their fixture.
In the Northern zone, the game between Dreamz Ladies and Prisons FC failed to produce any goal.
Pearlpia Ladies eased past AshTown Ladies with a 3-1 score at home.
Abdul Rahman Barikisu scored a brace for the home team who are looking to prove a point in the second phase of the season.
There are three games still left to play in the zone with Fabulous Ladies hosting Northern Ladies while Candy Soccer Academy also welcome Tamale Super Ladies.
League leaders Ampem Darkoa Ladies are up against Supreme Ladies.
