Ahead of her debut, the 23-year-old has revealed the musicians who helped shape her sound, which she describes as a fusion of reggae, dancehall, pop, R&B, and Afrobeats.
Reggae artists like Bob Marley and Culture; and pop singers like Michael Jackson are among them.
Rylty further mentions being inspired by her favorite artists, including Mugeez, Darko Vibes, Tems, SZA, Stonebwoy, Black Sherif, Moliy, and many more.

Because of the artists who make up her musical DNA, the aspiring star admitted she developed the need for constant improvement. "All those people just make me want to do better vocally, performance-wise, and lyrically," she said.
Rylty cites these artists for pushing her to bring the best out of herself and to strive for greatness in her artistry. She added that she has so much respect for all the artists she looks up to, not only because they create amazing music but also because of their hard work and dedication towards their craft.
