Crystal Palace produced a stunning comeback to beat Leeds United 5-1 in the Premier League on Sunday, with Jordan Ayew scoring twice to secure a second successive victory under the tutelage of Roy Hodgson.
The 31-year-old now has three league goals this season, last scoring for club and country on December 31 last year against Bournemouth.
Leeds dominated the early exchanges and took the lead through Patrick Bamford's well-directed header from a corner in the 21st minute.
On the stroke of halftime, Palace equalised from a set-piece when Marc Guehi scored from Ghana's Jeffrey Schlupp's cross.
Ayew gave Palace the lead in the 53rd minute after Olise floated in a cross, which was headed home by the Black Stars forward. Just three minutes later, Palace doubled their advantage, as Olise slipped the ball through to Eberechi Eze, who finished neatly.
Palace then sealed a stunning win with a counter-attack, as Odsonne Edouard fired low into the bottom corner.
Jordan added a fifth when a blocked shot fell kindly to him, and he fired the ball home with no one but the keeper to beat.
The result moves Palace up to 12th in the Premier League standings, six points clear of the relegation zone, while Leeds are 16th, just two points above the drop.
