They were denied a chance at the national tournament for two consecutive years, losing their last opportunity to Kalpohin Senior High School in 2022.
But the boys from St. Charles Minor Seminary SHS are back in the national championship with intrepidity after beating Savelugu SHS and Pong-Tamale by a 53-point margin.
They completed their contest with 60 points while their competitors struggled to make it past 10 points.
Pong-Tamale SHS ended the contest with 7 points, while Savelugu SHS returned to campus with 4 points.
The Noble Boys hold the record of being the first Senior High School in the Northern region to qualify for the semi-final stage of the national championship in 2014.

But the school has not featured quite prominently in the national competition in the last few years.
After conceding in the quarterfinals to University Practice SHS in the 2020 championship, the school has struggled to make representation in the last two years.
In 2022, their campaign to make a return to the championship was cut short surprisingly by Kalpohin SHS.
With zealousness to reclaim their glory, the CHARODIANS won their contest with valiancy sending shockwaves to the camp of their city rivals.
The boys are resolved to rewrite their history and chalk new records for the Northern region.
With God, the Holy Spirit and Right Judgement as denoted by their school’s motto, they will make history by clinching the national title for the Northern region.
