The Executive Producer of Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, Joshua Nii Sackey Allotey, popularly known as Mr Haglah, has been adjudged ‘Best Radio Producer’ at the 2023 edition of Ghana Entertainment Awards USA.
The highly anticipated Ghana Entertainment Awards USA took place on July 1st, 2023, at the prestigious Merking Hall, Kaufman Music Center in New York City.
This year marked the fifth edition of the annual awards show, which recognizes the most hardworking entertainers in Ghana, Africa, and the Diaspora.
The event brought together the Ghanaian and African communities in the diaspora and celebrated entertainers from Ghana.
Mr. Haglah outshined the likes of Papa Bills, Godwin Dogbey, Mercy Bee, Miss Yawa (Metro TV), Philip Nai (Joy FM), Sandra Akakpo (Adom FM), and Isaac (UTV).
Mr Haglah, born Joshua Allotey, is a Ghanaian radio producer, presenter, and disc jockey with Multimedia Group Limited. He is also the host of Sun Up Melodies on Hitz FM.
Mr. Haglah is widely known for his radio and event production skills and his love for Reggae music.
He has served as a producer on Hitz FM for the past 15 years and has been part of the inception of the Hitz FM Rep Ur Jersey – an annual event that gathers huge crowds from different parts of the country to engage in sporting activities, climaxed with the viewing of the Champions League finals.
