A Parliamentary Candidate of New Patriotic Party (NPP), Richard Nyamah for Kpandai has touted his contributions to the constituency.
Mr Nyamah says he has been with the party in the constituency for a long time.
The former Deputy Spokesperson for Alan Kyerematen’s campaign said he adopted the entire constituency into the 2016 elections for the party to retain the seat.
"When we did the adopt a polling station in 2016, I didn’t just didn’t adopt a polling station. I adopted the whole Kpandai constituency and supported all our polling agents with cash on the voting day so we didn’t get any hunky punky going on at the polling stations."
"I have contributed mg quota and sacrificed and physically went round and to campaign and added resources and then we won."
Mr Nyamah in an earlier press statement said he is focused on recapturing the the seat seat for the New Patriotic Party.
According to him, he will ensure the party wins back the seat it lost in the 2020 general elections.
“As an aspiring Parliamentary Candidate for Kpandai, his withdrawal from the race makes my role as his Deputy Spokesperson and Deputy Director of Communications to his campaign redundant and ineffectual.”
“As a result, I am by this statement informing the public of my intention to refocus all my efforts henceforth, on my campaign to become the Parliamentary Candidate of the NPP in Kpandai to ensure we recapture the seat from the NDC and help NPP break the eight.”
