The final funeral rites of former Ghana international Raphael Dwamena are being held at the Adjiriganor AstroTurf.
People in the football fraternity in Ghana and beyond have trooped to the venue to pay their last respects to the ex-Black Stars forward with the family of Dwamena.

Some of the people present include the Ghana Football Association President, Kurt Okraku, and some executives of the association.
Former Ghana players such as Sulley Muntari, Haminu Dramani, Kwadwo Asamoah, Jerry Akaminko and a host of others are also present to mourn with the family.

The 28-year-old lost consciousness in the 23rd minute during a league match between his side Egnatia and Partizan in the Albanian league on November 11.
Despite being rushed immediately, Dwamena did not survive upon arrival at the hospital leading to the unfortunate incident of his death.
Initial signs of cardiac issues popped up in 2017 after the player failed a medical ahead of a move to Premier League side Brighton and Hove Albion.
