Renowned medical practitioner and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at The Trust Hospital, Dr Juliana Oye Ameh has been crowned Ghana's Most Outstanding Female in Healthcare and Administrative Excellence at the just-ended 10th Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards 2024 held at the Accra Marriot, on July 5, 2024.
Dr Ameh’s recent award is in cognizance of all the hard work she has exhibited in healthcare administration over the last four years as CEO of The Trust Hospital.
Her stunning leadership qualities and exceptional dedication to providing quality healthcare services automatically usher her as a " SHE ACHIEVER " which is the topmost connective female network platform in Ghana.

The initiative is an executive association that embodies top female CEOs and past Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards winners and creates a platform on which members can more easily reach out for assistance in a required field without incurring costs.
Interacting with the media after receiving the all-important honour, CEO of The Trust Hospital, Dr Juliana Oye Ameh said, the award is a testament to the team's dedication to excellence in every aspect of their operations.

According to her, this reflects her commitment to delivering the highest standards of quality customer satisfaction and setting benchmarks for others to follow.
"I am extremely grateful for such a wonderful milestone at this highest level. We started from a humble beginning but now we are so overwhelmed with this great achievement over the years. I dedicate this to my family, the Board of Directors at the Trust Hospital, and my colleagues for their unflinching support always", she stated.
The Trust Hospital is positioning itself as a leader in the industry with credibility and reputation in the market.
Before this award, Dr Ameh picked up the ultimate award HESS CEO of the Year at the just-ended 2024 Health Environment Safety and Security (HESS) awards on June 28, 2024.
She was also named the Medical Healthcare CEO of the Year at the CEO summit held in May 2024.
Dr Mrs Juliana Oye Ameh is one of the few Ghanaians to be a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians in the faculty of Paediatrics. She also holds a postgraduate certificate in Health Administration and Management with distinction. She also holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree from Ahmadu Bello University in Nigeria in 2000. With over 23 years of experience, Dr. Ameh has acquired extensive expertise in neonatal and child health.

With over 11 years of experience in health services development and management, starting from the LEKMA hospital, Dr Ameh's unique expertise and experience have positioned her impeccably as the CEO of The Trust Hospital Company Limited. She has made significant contributions to various health development projects and has played an active role in formulating national health policies, protocols, and training manuals in Ghana.
Dr Ameh's latest venture, the Trust Hospital Premium Centre, is the newest addition to the Trust brand.
Aside from The Trust Hospital Premium Centre, The Trust Hospital has a total of nine facilities, comprising four hospitals and five clinics located across Accra.
The facility offers about 50 services, ranging from GP consultations to specialist services including, Obstetrics and Gynecology, High-Risk Pregnancy Clinic, Labour Analgesia Services, Ophthalmology, ENT, Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Dental, with a special focus, on teeth whitening, Invisalign as well as Chemotherapy and Dialysis.
