Lawyer for actor Kwadwo Nkansah 'Lil Win' says her client is not to blame for the accident which claimed the life of a three-year-old boy on May 25.
According to Margaret Mary Adjei Twum, the accident has greatly affected the actor and the promotion of his recently released movie, "A Country Called Ghana."
Speaking to the media after court proceedings on Monday, Madam Margaret Mary Adjei Twum said her team is ready to argue the actor's innocence in court.

“We will defend because we are standing on his innocence. We still believe in his innocence until proven otherwise. We will still pursue our posture and the theory of our case will change when we have the reports from the Attorney General,” she explained.
On Monday, June 3, Lil Win was granted a GH¢50,000 bail with two sureties by the Asokore Mampong District Court following his arrest.
The actor was taken into custody by officers from the Motor Traffic and Transport Department of the Manhyia Divisional Command shortly after being discharged from the hospital.

Lil Win has been charged with dangerous driving and negligently causing harm.
Currently, the family of the deceased is demanding justice.
But his lawyer, Margaret Mary Adjei Twum says she is hoping the family of the deceased will have some sort of comfort and closure.
"We are not so much conscious about the money. Now we pray that the family members will be healed and then things will be fine.”
