The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has completed its investigation into the Airbus bribery scandal.
Speaking at a news conference on Thursday, August 4, Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng revealed that former President John Dramani Mahama was identified as 'Government Official 1' in the case.
However, the investigation found no evidence that he received any bribes.
This conclusion follows a thorough four-year investigation conducted by the OSP, according to Mr Agyebeng.
He further explained that the investigation and the disclosure of the identities involved were imperative due to the high level of public interest in the matter.
Below is the address from the OSP
