Ghana Women's Premier League champions, Hasaacas Ladies, will open their campaign in the WAFU B Women's Champions League qualifiers on Sunday when they take on Omnisports Etincelle.
The game against the Burkina Faso outfit is scheduled to take place at the Stade de la Paix de Bouake in Ivory Coast.
It will be the first encounter in Group B with Edo Queens and AS Garde National expected to play later in the day.
In Group B, Hasaacas Ladies are the only team to have been involved in the competition in the past after their maiden appearance in the 2021 edition which they won.
Three years ago, Hasaacas Ladies lost their opening game in the WAFU B Champions League qualifiers.
They will be hoping for a better start to this year’s edition.
Kickoff is at 3pm today. pic.twitter.com/AdrsSyU5Oa— Lawrence Degraft Baidoo (@kweku_lawrence) August 11, 2024
