Hospitals in deprived areas across the country lack adequate medical storage logistics especially medical refrigerators. This hinders medical facilities ability to store enough blood for emergency medical response.
To enhance storage capacity of the blood banks of these medical facilities, Melcom Ghana has provided logistical boost of medical refrigerators to 25 selected hospital from across the country.
Melcom Ghana’s Director of communication, Godwin Avenorgbor hopes the medical equipment will be put to judicious use and help save lives.
