Sunday’s episode of Big Chef Tertiary was a thrilling display of culinary artistry, as contestants took on the Fine Dining Challenge.
Each team crafted sophisticated plates, showcasing their skills in plating, flavor pairing, and refined techniques to wow the judges.
The challenge required each team to bring elegance and precision to their dishes, aligning with the high standards of fine dining. While all teams showed remarkable growth, one team would, unfortunately, leave the competition. The night’s ultimate twist came with the announcement of TATU's eviction, as their dish fell short of the judges' expectations in this intense, high-stakes round.
The team showed poise and resilience, leaving the competition with heads held high and hearts full of lessons learned.
On the other hand, Kumasi Technical University won the star school for the semi final round with their Pan Grilled beef Tenderloin and Chimichurri sauce with Sholla finese Pomme Puree and grilled carrots.
The remaining contestants now move forward, each bringing their A-game to the grand finale. With the bar set even higher, the finale promises more excitement as Big Chef Tertiary continues to search for the next culinary star.
Who will rise to the top and bring glory to their school?
