UBA Ghana wrapped up the year with its final Jogging to Bond event, held on Saturday at the Burma Camp Sports Complex in Accra.
Themed “Day of Reckoning”, the event brought together employees from Accra and outstation branches for a vibrant day of health, wellness, and team bonding.
As the “Family Edition” of Jogging to Bond, staff were encouraged to bring along their families, adding an extra layer of excitement to the occasion.

Participants engaged in a variety of fun activities, including the Octopus Race Challenge, Don’t Drop the Ball, an eating competition, and more.
A dedicated Kids’ Corner allowed children to enjoy games and compete for special prizes, making it a truly inclusive event for all.
The Jogging to Bond initiative, organized quarterly by UBA Ghana, aims to foster employee wellness while promoting unity and teamwork across the organisation.

This final edition also served as a culmination of the year’s efforts, with Team Empowerment crowned overall winners for achieving the highest scores across all quarters.
Additionally, five outstanding employees were recognized for their active participation throughout the year.
They were honoured with citations and souvenirs to celebrate their commitment and enthusiasm.

They include Michael Berko, Business Manager at Ring Road Central, William Kutorwu, Procurement & Contract Management Officer, Corporate Services, Tubuor Ofei-Agyemang, Remittances Manager, Donald Mikado, Team member of Internal Control and Sarah Richter, Customer Experience.
The event underscored UBA Ghana’s dedication to creating a healthy, united, and motivated workforce while reinforcing its family-oriented culture.

With the success of this year’s final edition, UBA Ghana continues to inspire its employees to lead healthier lives, both professionally and personally.
