The 2024 Ghana Property and Lifestyle Expo (GPLE) has been launched in Accra at the residence of the British High Commissioner.
Since its inception in 2017, the GPLE has played a transformative role in shaping Ghana’s real estate landscape, bridging the gap between global investors and the country’s growing property sector.
Organised by On Point Property Management Ltd founders and sisters Anna and Victoria Agyekum, the Expo showcases the latest developments and opportunities for property investment in Ghana, which has seen unprecedented growth in tourism and real estate demand.

Ghana’s vibrant economy and political stability have made it a prime destination for investors looking to capitalise on its rising urbanisation, tourism, and lifestyle trends.
The Expo, which spans three continents and kicked off in Washington DC, in October, has already attracted top-tier developers and industry leaders. London is set to be a key stop before the event concludes in Accra, Ghana, in mid-November. Participants in the Expo will gain access to trusted real estate experts and explore a variety of investment opportunities, from luxury developments to rental and Airbnb properties that cater to the ever-growing demand for urban living.

On Point Director and co-founder Anna Agyekum said: “This event isn’t just about property—it’s about empowering individuals to build generational wealth by tapping into one of Africa’s most promising markets. Ghana’s potential is vast, and we’re thrilled to bring this opportunity to London once again.”
With more than 1 million tourists visiting Ghana annually—primarily from the US and UK—the demand for real estate is surging. Lifestyle factors, such as the rise of luxury amenities like swimming pools, rooftop lounges, and grocery shops integrated into new developments, are driving this real estate boom.

Attendees at the Expo will have the chance to connect with exhibitors including Goldkey Properties, Clifton Homes, Devtraco Group, Access Bank Ghana (PLC), and the Ghana Bar Association, ensuring they can make informed decisions with the guidance of leading industry experts.

Director and co-founder Victoria Agyekum adds: “Our goal is to provide a one-stop platform where potential investors can get the latest insights into Ghana’s property market, network with trusted professionals, and explore wealth-building opportunities. Whether you’re looking for a home, a rental property, or a luxury development, this is the place to start.”
Finally, the Ghana Property and Lifestyle Expo (GPLE), will also take place in Accra on Monday 16th to Tuesday 17th December, 2024. Tickets and further information available at: Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo 2024 (London)
